Beidahu Ski Resort in Yongji, Jilin, is a well-known domestic and international winter destination that has hosted numerous major events. In addition to professional ski facilities, the resort offers a variety of snow activities, including electric sled rides such as simulated dog sleds, tank-shaped sleds, and snowmobiles.

Riding the cable car up the mountain gives a panoramic view of the Beidahu area. Surrounded on three sides by mountains, the resort has nine peaks above 1,200 meters. The main peak, Nanlou Mountain, rises to 1,404.8 meters, the highest point in Jilin city. The terrain provides a vertical drop of 870 meters; the longest run descends from the summit of Nanlou Mountain and is especially spectacular.

Beidahu has roughly 160 snow days a year. Snow depth averages about 1 meter at the base, 1.5 meters mid-mountain, and up to 2 meters above 1,000 meters elevation. The snow is dry, fine, and powdery—excellent for skiing. The resort features 64 ski trails, 11 high-speed lifts, and 7 magic carpets, along with star-rated hotels and well-equipped service centers to offer a one-stop, high-quality ski vacation.
