To apply, simply present your passport at any [Service Desk] within the block after making your purchase. Staff will verify your status as an "overseas visitor" and issue you a Refund Application Form for Overseas Vistors. When departing within 90 days of your purchase, you can claim your refund at the Customs tax refund service desk located at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport or other designated ports. Remember to have your passport, the purchased goods for tax refund, the completed application form, and the original invoice ready for inspection.
