Guanyang Village is located in Meilin Town, Nanjing County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. With a history of over 700 years, the village is home to the well-known tulou buildings (traditional earthen buildings), including the Hegui Building and Huaiyuan Building. This is a place where Tulou, Minnan, and Hakka cultures converge.

In Guanyang Village, the most striking feature is the banyan tree cluster. One banyan tree has a canopy covering 1,933 square meters, branches extending over 30 meters, and a trunk so large that more than ten adults are needed to encircle it. Beside the banyan trees and ancient houses, an antique-style waterwheel—originally constructed as a movie prop—turns slowly, becoming part of the charming landscape of Guanyang Village.
Built in 1906, Fuqian Building is a microcosm of the rapid development of homestays in Guanyang Village. Local residents have long since moved out, and the tulou has been renovated into an inn with 20 guestrooms. It also offers dragon dances, bonfire nights, and glutinous rice cake-pounding experiences, allowing visitors to experience authentic Hakka customs and way of life.
