Success is coming, and good fortune spreads across Sweden. To celebrate the Year of the Horse, the China Cultural Center in Stockholm has curated a series of Spring Festival events. From lantern displays to immersive digital experiences, from poetic arts to classical dance, and from lively temple fairs to winter ice-and-snow landscapes, visitors in Stockholm, Gothenburg or passing through Arlanda Airport can experience the charm of the Chinese Spring Festival.
Each Spring Festival, intangible cultural heritage lantern displays from China brighten Stockholm's winter nights. This year, "galloping horses" bearing auspicious light will open the celebration series. The exhibition runs February 2–28, 2026.
