Dongluo Village is located in Qianduo Town, Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province, situated at the core of the Xinghua Duotian area, which is both a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System and a World Irrigation Engineering Heritage site. To the east lie the Qianduo rapeseed flower fields, and to the west is the Lizhong Water Forest scenic area.

The village is interlaced with waterways, its rivers shimmering with clear waves. The Duotian fields form a colorful, picturesque landscape where people, water, and the fields coexist in harmony. The village has preserved the traditional Duotian farming techniques and the original appearance of the "water villages atop the Duotian fields".

Today, the village has created a poetic waterside lifestyle. It offers rural homestays, a village grand hall, a Duotian Cultural Center, and a traditional-style old street, attracting many visitors seeking a sense of "nostalgia".

Walking into Dongluo Village, visitors can learn about the villagers' wisdom and hard work in "reclaiming land from water" at the "Dongluo Autumn Harvest" exhibition hall. They can also enjoy authentic Xinghua morning tea, crab-roe soup buns, and Pingwang Lake white silky fish at the village canteen. In addition, they can watch folk performances in the Dongluo Grand Hall, a red-brick, blue-tile building full of vintage charm.
