Xiannv (Fairy) Mountain sits on the northern bank of the Wujiang River in Wulong district, Chongqing. Its name comes from a stone peak that resembles a dancing fairy.

The mountain's snow season runs from mid‑December through February. Stroll the international cultural‑tourism town to admire snow‑blanketed gray‑tiled roofs, white walls, pavilions, and towers. Climb the "Forest Eye" for panoramic snowy views, or head out to the wide grassland to tumble in the soft snow. The ski area inside Xiannv Mountain Forest Park is a must‑visit: whether riding snow tubes or zipping along on snow rafts, laughter fills the air—like stepping into a fairytale snowland.

Winter at Xiannv Mountain is also a treat for the palate.
