The Qinling Mountains—the natural dividing line between northern and southern China—boast uniquely beautiful snowscapes. Cuihua Mountain Scenic Area sits on the northern slopes of the Qinling Mountains near Xi'an. Between Tianchi Lake and Ganqiu Pond within the scenic area lies Cuihua Mountain Ski Resort, an excellent destination for snow viewing and skiing.

A natural alpine ski area, Cuihua Mountain Ski Resort is at an elevation of 1,200 meters, with pistes about 70 meters wide and roughly 800 meters long. The slopes are divided into beginner learning areas, intermediate zones, and advanced trails. The snow is soft and fine, suitable for skiers of all ages. Children can build snowmen or have snowball fights in the snow play park, or try banana boating, snow tubing, and snow bowling—fun activities the whole family can enjoy.
